Our process

   Inspect for soft materials, HVAC pathways, and absorbed surfaces holding the odor.

2. Step 2

   Material remediation

   Remove or treat the source — carpet padding, drywall, contents — depending on saturation.

3. Step 3

   Air treatment

   Hydroxyl, ozone, or thermal fogging matched to the contaminant and occupancy.

4. Step 4

   HVAC + duct decontamination

   Treat the air-handling pathway so the odor does not recirculate.

5. Step 5

   Verification

   Post-treatment walk-through and, where requested, air sampling documentation.
